About the co-op

The Gateway Co-operative Ltd. (Gateway Housing Co-op, The Corner) operates three residential buildings in downtown Charlottetown—two on Great George Street, and one on King Street. Our properties include a shared fenced courtyard. The largest building features a shared underground parkade.

In total, there are twenty-eight one-, two- and three-bedroom housing units in our buildings.
