The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, 15 April 2026.

The meeting will be held in the Common Room (A Building) 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm.

The agenda and the documents that need approval will be posted in the members-only section of the website and delivered to units closer to the date.
