A reminder about shared spaces

Please remove personal items from hallways, the common room, the garage, and other shared spaces by May 8 to help keep our co-op safe and accessible.

Hi everyone,

We've noticed more personal items—like bags of clothes and other belongings—being left in shared spaces such as hallways, the garage, and the common room.

To keep these areas safe, accessible, and in line with fire regulations and co-op policies, personal items should not be stored there without prior board approval. The only exception is one set of tires in your space in the garage, as permitted by the Fire Marshal.

If you have items in any shared space, please take a moment to remove the items or bring them back into your unit by May 8.

If you need a hand moving anything, feel free to reach out—the board is happy to help.
